Return Policy

Consumer Rights, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 30 days from the date of receiving the goods – without giving any reason.

Return Rules

    • The return must be reported and shipped back within 30 days.
    • The product should be returned in an unaltered condition.
    • A refund will be made within 2-5 days of receiving the returned package.

Submit your withdrawal notice

Go to the withdrawal form to notify us of your return. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to withdraw from the agreement.

Send back the products you wish to return

Pack the products you wish to return. If possible, use the original shipping packaging, then send the items back to the provided return address.

Await your refund

We will issue your refund within a maximum of 14 days. The funds will be returned using the same payment method as the original transaction. For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, the refund will be transferred to your designated bank account.
