Return Policy

In accordance with Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods – without giving any reason.

Return Rules

• The return must be reported and shipped back within 14 days.
• The product should be returned in an unaltered condition.
• A refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
• You can use a paid return label – for small parcels please use the WYGODNE ZWROTY service, for large parcels (trailers/carts) please send the return form via email.
